Ready to shake up your dinner plans in Norfolk? You’re gonna want to hear what we’ve got going on this week at Craft. Our new weekly specials are loaded and worth a detour, a dinner date, or a solo mission with a fork and no interruptions. From backyard BBQ vibes to straight-up flavor bombs, we’re bringing serious heat from July 15 through 19, and if you’re hungry, you’re home.
We’re starting with Chowder and Calamari
Let’s talk first bites. Our chowder this week is no filler – this one’s loaded with bacon, corn, and crab, rich and salty in all the right ways. It’s the kind of bowl you don’t want to share, but you do because you’re trying to impress someone. Need something with a little crunch and heat? Our calamari hits with sweet chili, green onion, and sesame seeds. Crisp outside, tender inside, full-on flavor the whole way through. You’ll want a cold one nearby.
Backyard Burger Energy, Big Time
There’s a new smash burger in town and it’s straight out of a backyard BBQ fever dream. Our Backyard Smoker Smash Burger stacks chopped BBQ, bacon, and BBQ sauce onto a soft potato roll, with fries riding shotgun. We built this one for the folks who live for cookout season, even when they’re dining indoors. It’s messy. It’s smoky. It’s everything.
Fish Tacos and Rice Bowls that Don’t Hold Back
Our fish tacos are built with flaky white fish, Asian slaw, pico de gallo, and sweet chili aioli. They’re bright, bold, and straight-up addictive. Prefer your plate piled high? The rice bowl this week is full-on loaded with short rib, al pastor shrimp, kimchi, Wakame salad, pineapple salsa, cilantro, and sesame ginger rice. It’s sweet, tangy, savory, spicy, and somehow still balanced. Don’t try to pick a favorite ingredient. You’ll lose.
Desserts That Mean Business
We don’t mess around with sweets. You want churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and dunked in warm chocolate? Done. In the mood for French toast bread pudding with vanilla ice cream? We’ve got that too. And we’re not done – Key lime pie, triple chocolate cake, and a banana split that’s bringing serious old-school diner energy. Chocolate and vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, bananas, maraschino cherries, and Hershey’s. You’ll want a spoon in each hand.
Brunch All Day on Sunday
Sundays are for all-day brunch, from 11 to 6. We’re talking your favorite brunch plates with all the Craft attitude, bloody marys and frozen margaritas flowing, and zero pressure to rush out. Bring the crew or ride solo. Either way, your Sunday’s handled.
